Anyday that a new motorcycle dealership opens its doors for business is a great day in our books. So when we heard of a new Yamaha Motorcycle dealership in The South we hotfooted it across town for a bit of a looksee.
In the same complex as FAST KTM just off the Voortrekker road off ramp off the N12 it is quite something to behold. The new branding, the slick finishes and modern industrial aesthetic really gives it a high end boutique feel.
The showroom is in an adjacent building to FAST KTM with its own identity. We popped in on their first official day of trading and we liked what we saw. Rows of motorcycles, YZ’s by the dozen, commercial bikes, commuters and scooters, superbikes, agriculture bikes and even an ATV. Wandering around the showroom, they also have accessories as well as a parts counter.
We had a quick chat with Boss Man Nathaniel Do Amaral who is doing double duty between FAST and ONE as he is still putting a team together to run with the Yamaha brand. They are fully operational and are able to assist with new bike sales, finance, insurance and even extended warranties as well as a full parts and accessories offerings and a professional workshop and fitment centre.
