Soak the vest in cold water for 2-5 minutes. You can use any temperature water, but cold water offers the best results. Remove excess water by gently wringing it out.Shake the vest gently to remove droplets or use a cloth to dry the inner lining. Wear a tee shirt under the vest, not directly on your skin. Ensure any additional clothing allows airflow.
