Riders from all over converged on the famous Legends riding park to take on the Diamond Hill edition of the Dirt And Trail Funduro series.
What a lekker day it was with challenges thrown at riders from all sides. Michelin brought the gees, branding the track and donating a rear tyre to a lucky tyre throw winner.Â
Â
Spanjaard Lubricants chucked in a whole whack of cool products for giveaways and riders were rewarded for their efforts with some really cool medals and trophies.
Seriously social, the Dirt And Trail funduro series is not a race. It’s an enduro challenge that pits riders and bikes against the elements.Â
The goal: Do as many laps of a marked and pre-ridden loop as you can. By yourself OR as a team.
Orange is for everyone. Pink is for the technical Thomasses.
Beta Motorcycles and Russel Campbell Dirtbikes had a huge bunch of riders join the fun...

The turnout was massive, the vibe was real, the riding tough and there were armies of smiling (Or is that grimacing?) faces throughout the day.
It was epic. The King Of The Hill challenge was shared by two riders who each managed to complete 14 pink, technical climbs on the day.
That’s pretty damn impressive!
7 laps of the 20KM course was the most that any individual rider managed in the 5 hour time limit. Two gents, (We’ll call them MR, or is that Sir?) Mr Makin and Sir Vermeulin shared the spoils.Â
You guys are the diamond hill Ystermanne!
ladies
5 tough laps was the most that a lady could do and that honour was taken by young Ystervrou Talma Franska.
We saw more than one lady (Ystervrou) riders overtaking the boys… Well done to you girls, the future of Ladies racing in SA is very bright right now.
Juniors.Â
Man! Some of these youngsters have some skills. 11 year old Jake Haines managed 6 laps.
Gold team prizes were awarded to Team puzzles, Ancat and Throttle tribe.Â
Each team managed a total of five laps for the day.
More funduro’s are planned for 2026. It’s a challenge, but it’s always massive fun.
Watch this space and we’ll see you out there!
Big thank you to Michelin Tyres, Tork Craft and Spanjaard Products for partnering with us for these events.
Event vid will be up right here… soon. We promise.
