KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA

2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA INCOMING!

KTM has enjoyed much success at Dakar with 235 stage wins and 19 Dakar titles, then there is also their very well known appearance in the Rally Raid Championship. One of KTM’s most impressive motorcycles is the 450 Rally that has claimed 10 out of the 19 Dakar titles.

Keeping their eye on 2025, the 450 Rally will have some huge changes made.

This will be the closest thing you will find to a production Factory Racing bike. Sharper bodywork, a new powerplant and a refined chassis.

The 450cc fuel-injected engine found in KTM Motocross and Enduro bikes has been reworked and will be the beating heart behind this machine. It will come with a stronger gearbox, a reinforced clutch and a new design to their SOHC cylinder head.

The cooling system will be run by two separate radiators instead of one that will have better cooling power and engine efficiency.

The KTM Motorsport production facility hand welded the new frame.

This is all done with laser-cut, hydro-formed sections. The frame features specifically longitudinal and torsional flex parameters and they say, maintains rider feedback, energy absorption and straight-line stability. A new hollow, die-cast aluminium swingarm is designed to offer reliability and stiffness at the lowest possible weight.

A self-supporting 16-litre fuel tank will double as the rear subframe with additional 9 and 9.5-litre tanks up front. Two separate fuel pumps which can be activated for front or rear tanks.

An in-house developed PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Damping System) is fitted with a SCOTTS steering damper.

The rear will boast the WP XACT PRO 7750 shock absorber, a setup that is fully customizable for individual riders and specific terrain. Tried and tested by Kevin Benavibes and Matthias Walkner.

The 2025 KTM 450 Rally Replica  has undergone huge updates to its styling with sharper and more aggressive look. The navigation tower is specially developed from extra-light carbon fibre and it sits behind the improved fairings, this adds to better aerodynamics, less turbulence and buffering while riding in a seated position.

The new, narrower, lighter dashboard with integrated warning lights and mounted digital roadbook system is also protected by the fairings. The front mask will incorporate a new LED headlight system with 33% greater output.
