CFMOTO South Africa has announced that Travis Teasdale will represent the brand as its official ambassador for 2026, a landmark moment as he becomes the first-ever CFMOTO Brand Ambassador in South Africa.
A Champion’s Pedigree:
The Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal native brings with him an extraordinary 16-year professional racing career and an impressive list of achievements on both national and international stages.
Currently competing in the highly competitive E2 class and Gold Class Championship, Travis races under the Beta South Africa / CFMOTO banner, supported by Dragon Energy, Plews Tyres South Africa, Synergy Cables, Leatt and TBR Suspension.
His career achievements speak volumes:

- 3× National Hard Enduro Champion

On the international stage, Travis has proved himself among the world’s elite. His standout results include:
- 2nd place – Roof of Africa (2024)

He is also a three-time Erzberg finisher, a five-time Romaniacs Gold Class finisher, and has
completed the Roof of Africa an incredible eleven times, a testament to both his resilience and world class ability.

For 2026, Travis will be riding the CFMOTO 450MT, a machine that is quickly gaining recognition within the adventure segment.
“I’ve been putting time on the bike and I’m really impressed with what can be done. I felt comfortable from the very first ride. With some minor set-up adjustments, I’m now able to push the bike into proper adventure and hard-adventure terrain.”
His ambitions for the partnership extend far beyond traditional touring.
“My goal is to showcase what the 450MT can truly do, from everyday touring to full adventure riding and the increasingly popular hard-adventure space. There is a lot this bike is capable of, and the limits can definitely be pushed.”
There are already several exciting projects in the pipeline for the year ahead, including a number of rides that will truly demonstrate the versatility of the 450MT. While some of these plans remain under wraps for now, fans can expect to see the bike put through its paces in challenging and unconventional environments.
In addition, Travis will be hosting a series of upcoming rides and his well-established Adventure Bike Training Camps, offering riders the opportunity to sharpen their skills under the guidance of one of South Africa’s most accomplished enduro athletes, all aboard the CFMOTO 450MT.
A Historic Appointment:
Being named the first-ever CFMOTO Brand Ambassador in South Africa is not something Travis takes lightly.
