The 2026 South Africa KTM Adventure Rally:

Meet the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R…

The annual KTM ADVENTURE RALLY will be hosted in the heart of the Drakensberg Mountains over 3 days (30 April – 3 May).

This World Heritage Site offers the ultimate playground for adventure riding. And at the heart of it all lies the stunning Champagne Sports Resort – your base for three nights of comfort, camaraderie, and KTM spirit.

The 2026 edition will follow a similar format to previous years. 1 main route with technical breakaway sections to choose from each day over 2 days of riding.

The ride takes participants past some of the most breathtaking and beautiful countryside South Africa has to offer while making memories on two wheels.

The KTM SOUTH AFRICA ADVENTURE RALLY brings KTM riders together over the course of three days to celebrate the best values of adventuring: camaraderie, exploration, discovery and having an epic time on two wheels with like-minded people.

Add in the special stages on each day and challenging breakouts, as well as selected lunch spots, games in the paddock and prize giveaways by night… it’s all going to be a jolly good time.

More news – the first KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R has arrived in SA and KTM will be launching this new machine at the rally this year.

“This way of launching a new model – directly to customers at a rider-focussed event – is also a first for KTM South Africa. The event has become an annual highlight for KTM Adventure owners, and it now has an added importance; attendees to the event will be the first in the country to see the new model and will even have the opportunity to experience it on a dedicated route.”
