2027 Sherco Enduro Range

The 2027 enduro range from Sherco follows a very similar philosophy to what we see across the current enduro market: Keep the core package familiar, refine the areas riders actually notice on the trail, and avoid changing a platform that already works.

For 2027, Sherco has focused on detail improvements rather than a complete redesign. That means small mechanical updates, revised rider contact points, and continued support for both two-stroke and four-stroke platforms.

The Line-Up.

Sherco continues with a full spread of enduro models across both engine types.

2-Stroke Models:

125 SE Factory

250 SE Factory

300 SE Factory

4-Stroke Models:

250 SEF Factory

300 SEF Factory

450 SEF Factory

500 SEF Factory

This gives riders a fairly clear progression through the range, from lighter technical bikes right through to larger-capacity machines aimed at faster terrain and longer-distance riding.

Engine Platform.

Sherco continues to split the range quite clearly between traditional two-stroke simplicity and modern four-stroke electronics.

The two-stroke SE models remain carburetted, something that still appeals to a lot of enduro riders who prefer straightforward tuning and mechanical simplicity. The 125 SE receives one of the more notable updates for 2027, with a lighter gearbox that’s aimed at improving engine response and reducing inertia at lower rpm.

The 250 SE and 300 SE also receive internal gearbox refinements, including spring-mounted shift fork shafts designed to improve shift feel and smoothness under load.

On the four-stroke side, the SEF models continue with DOHC engine layouts and electronic fuel injection. The 300 SEF stands out in the range for 2027 thanks to a full Akrapovič exhaust system fitted as standard.

Chassis & Frame.

The 2027 range continues with Sherco’s chrome-moly steel chassis platform, designed around enduro riding rather than outright motocross stiffness.

Across the range, the bikes retain their relatively tight chassis layout, something many riders associate with technical terrain performance and slower-speed manoeuvrability.

Sherco has also updated their seat design for 2027, reducing the aggressiveness of the seat grip material.

Suspension.

KYB suspension remains standard throughout the enduro range.

The bikes continue with:

KYB 48 mm front forks

KYB rear shock systems

Fully adjustable damping settings

The suspension package remains one of the stronger talking points on Sherco enduro bikes, especially among riders looking for a more planted and compliant feel in technical terrain.

Wheels & Brakes.

Sherco keeps the enduro range fairly traditional in terms of wheel and brake setup, focusing on durability and race-oriented components rather than unnecessary complication.

Full-size models continue with the standard 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel combination, fitted with Excel black anodised rims and Michelin Enduro tyres on Factory models.

Braking duties are handled by Brembo hydraulic systems front and rear, paired with large brake discs aimed at maintaining control in changing terrain conditions. Hydraulic Brembo clutches also remain standard throughout the range.

Electronics & Equipment.

The four-stroke SEF models continue with electronic fuel injection and electric start systems across the range.

For 2027, Sherco has also introduced a new lithium battery across all models.

The overall approach still feels very rider-focused rather than gadget-focused. Sherco seems more interested in maintaining a practical race-ready package than loading the bikes with electronics.

What Matters for Riders.

From a riding perspective, the 2027 Sherco range is more about refinement than reinvention.

The updates focus on:

Improved shifting feel on the two-strokes

Better rider movement through the revised seat

Continued KYB suspension package

Strong spread of engine options across the range

Maintaining carburetted two-stroke simplicity

The bikes keep their familiar character while cleaning up some of the smaller details riders notice during long enduro days and race weekends.
