Supercross stadium action is always a great spectator sport.
In case you missed it, the 2025 championship runs across five continents this year. The season starts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 18 October, before moving to Córdoba, Argentina (8 November), Vancouver, Canada (15 November), and Melbourne, Australia (29 November). The series will then wrap up in Cape Town, where the world’s top riders will battle it out for championship honours.
The event promises a full day and night of racing, with support entertainment, food stalls, and live music. Ticket options range from general admission to premium seating and VIP hospitality.
Cape Town’s mayor, Geordin Hill-Lewis, said hosting the finale was “A massive moment for the sport in our country,” adding that the city looked forward to showcasing its energy, scenery, and hospitality. This will also be a great opportunity for local SX and MX racers to showcase their skills on a world stage and get a first hand taste of what riding against the worlds best entails.
World Supercross Chief Product Officer Luisa Fernandez described Cape Town as “The perfect setting” for the final round, citing the passion of South African fans and the dramatic setting of DHL Stadium. She confirmed that SX Global has been working with local promoter Showtime Management to deliver a spectacular event.
