MX:
GASGAS opens wide for 2025 with a line-up that now includes two new two-stroke models.
“We’ve introduced a MC150 and a MC300 to our motocross line-up! By expanding our range, we really do have a bike for everyone now. From beginner to pro, and every rider in between. The little MC150 uses the foundations of our super-popular MC125 but takes power, and more importantly, torque, to a crazy new level for such a small-capacity dirt bike.”
“And the same can be said for the MC300, which is based on our versatile MC250. Offering up plenty of power, it’ll be the super useable torque curve that 2-stroke fanatics worldwide are going to love most about the MC300! Both bikes are built using the same high-quality components you’ll find on all our motocross and cross-country models for 2025, such as the revised frame design.”
Enduro:
An all-new EC 125 joins the now seven-bike-strong enduro line-up for 2025 that includes the EC 250, EC 300, EC 250F, EC 350F, EC 450F and EC 500F.
All bikes across both ranges now feature revised frames, motor mounts, swingarms, suspension settings, and linkages.
Improved Chassis, Engine Mounts, and Air Intake.
The 2025 GASGAS models feature a revised frame with reduced material around the upper shock mount and a thinner front section. These, together with the new motor mounts with cut-outs, offer more chassis flex to improve handling, especially in corners, which some customers struggled with on the MY24 bikes.
GASGAS has also worked on feeding more air to their bikes with a stronger air intake sleeve that prevents deformation to ensure maximum airflow for consistent power.
Suspension and Swingarm Updates
To complement the new chassis, the suspension settings have been reworked together with lower friction SKF seals to help the WP rear shock perform better. A smaller linkage bolt reduces weight while also helping with the refined flex characteristics from the updated chassis. Additionally, the swingarm has been updated to enhance the durability of the chain slider.
2025 GASGAS Highlights:
- Revised Frame: Engineered for improved cornering while maintaining straight-line stability.
- Material reductions around the upper shock mount and the front of the chassis save weight and enhance handling.
- New engine mounts: Featuring cut-outs that refine the frame’s flex characteristics for better overall performance.
- New SKF linkage seals and smaller bolt: lead to smoother shock performance and reduce weight.
